Shopify orders missing from Click & Drop: the rules, then the checklist

Updated 2026-10-11 · by Hieu Tran, written with AI agents and checked against the sources below

Royal Mail's help centre sets out which Shopify orders Click & Drop imports: unfulfilled, paid, and less than 7 days old, with partially fulfilled orders off by default. Orders arrive about every 15 to 30 minutes. Most "missing" orders break one of those rules; the rest are a broken connection.

When the connection is the problem

  1. In Click & Drop, check Settings → Integrations: the Shopify integration should show as active.
  2. If it isn't, use Update and Connect. If that fails, Royal Mail's support replies suggest deleting the integration and setting it up again.
  3. If orders still don't appear, email clickanddropsupport@royalmail.com with order numbers, their products and destinations. In one reply Royal Mail traced a failure to product data that didn't match what Click & Drop expected.

Find the missing ones every day

Export yesterday's paid, unfulfilled orders from Shopify and Click & Drop's order list, and compare order numbers. Anything in Shopify but not in Click & Drop needs either a rule fix above or a manual label, before the customer notices.
